Work with Mishka

Parenting is TOUGH work! The Absolute toughest. You are NOT alone, though it often feels this way, and most of us (probably ALL of us!) are lacking the village and support we need.

I see and meet this need by offering compassionate and nonjudgmental support, community building, and education through the lens of the science of love and attachment.

Whether you prefer to meet individually or in a group, for coaching, workshops, book groups, or more, I offer many opportunities to meet these needs.

Individual Coaching

Individual Coaching primarily is through the Parent Revolution program. Individual sessions are also very occasionally available, depending on schedules. Contact Mishka for details on individual sessions.

The Parent Revolution Program includes customized individual guidance for parents and caregivers as they construct a strong foundation of trust, learn the science beneath their family’s behavior, and build skills and resources to bring harmony and cooperation to their families.

Program length varies, with 3 months being the minimum for success in learning and integrating skills.

Intensive Group Coaching

Imagine a family transformation from miscommunication, anger, reactivity, sadness, and defeat, to a culture of teamwork, bravery, willingness to connect and cooperate and feelings of trust, warmth and joy. This is in your reach, and I can support your path there.

The Family Transformation Program is 6 months of intensive small group work led by Mishka, and includes coaching, skill building, and education in cutting edge brain science Relational Neuroscience).

This program requires an interview to join, which can be scheduled here.
